Jonathan earned his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Georgetown University and is currently enrolled in the Ph.D. program in Human Resources and Industrial Relations at the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management. His expected graduation date is May 2009.
Jonathan worked for and consulted firms from 1998 until 2004, specifically within the customer relationship management area, for companies such as Ingersoll-Rand, Wells Fargo, AOL, AT&T, Marriott International, and Intel. He also consulted for the District of Columbia Department of Transportation and Human Resources department.
His research interests include workplace violence and aggression; emotional labor; volunteer labor and corporate social responsibility; labor relations and collective bargaining; and adult career indecision. Jonathan has taught courses in curriculum training development and delivery, has published several articles in leading journals, and presented at industry conferences.
