FAQs
- How do I unlock My Account or my Active Directory Account?
- You will need to call 1-HELP. Choose option 2 for Password support then option 2 for Enterprise password support. Tell them you need your Active Directory account unlocked.
- After I log in my icons don't show up, what do I do?
- Press ctrl+alt+del, click on Task Manager then go to File > New Task and type "Explorer.exe" press Okay. You will be starting the Explorer.exe process.
- I can't send or delete email, what's happening?
- This is usually an indication that your mailbox is full. Go to dirtools and click on the "email storage use" link to see if your mailbox is full. You can try using Shift + Del to remove email. If this does not work, you will need to call 1-HELP to have them temporarily expand your mailbox while you delete and archive your emails.
