Parking Updates: Pay as you Enter
June 12th, 23rd, 24th and 26th

Due to events happening at Tedd Mann Concert Hall on June 12th, 23rd, 24th and 26th, you will have to pay $7.00 as you enter , if you enter at the 21st Avenue ramp or Lot 94.

Herbert M. Hanson Jr. Hall Updates!
- Summer Classes held in Hanson Hall - While most MBA summer courses will be held in Herbert M. Hanson Jr. Hall, please remember that the MBA Student Affairs office will remain in suite 2-210 at the Carlson School.

- GBCC has moved to Hanson Hall - You can reach their office via the newly constructed skyway, in Hanson Hall, Room 2-100, immediately on the left as you cross the skyway.

- Carlson IT Services - Carlson Help Desk will be closed for the summer. Services will be temporarily offered at the Hanson Hall Laptop Repair Center, L-103. The Help Desk will reopen Fall 2008 in its new location inside the Carlson School room1-148. For more information about the Carlson IT department, visit their website

- New Starbucks - Located on the skyway level of Hanson Hall, the new Starbucks will be open for business beginning Monday, June 9th. Please note: This Starbucks will be the only coffee vendor available inside the Carlson School of Management as the Coffee Corner will be closed throughout summer for renovations.
Starbucks Summer Business Hours:
- Monday - Thursday: 7:00am - 8:00pm
- Friday: 7:00am - 2:00pm

Given the recent turmoil in the domestic and international financial markets, now is a great time to enroll in FINA 6314, to fulfill the economic environment of business requirement. Using examples from the U.S., Europe, Japan, and developing countries, the course covers these topics: tools to predict/understand ramifications of major domestic and global economic events; financial crises; changes in monetary, fiscal, and financial policies; and strategies for promoting long-run economic growth.
