The freshmen class entering in Fall 2008, current Carlson School students, and new transfer students who register for Fall semester courses will also have the opportunity to participate in the program. All students will be expected to participate in the program starting in Fall 2010.
Update Your UCard by September 19
Access to the Undergraduate Lounge and break out rooms will require a UCard with “smart” capabilities. If you are an undergraduate Carlson student and you need to pick-up a new UCard before Friday, September 19. Please visit the UCard office located in Coffman Union before the deadline. We’ve negotiated with the UCard office so that exchanging your current UCard for the new smart UCard will cost absolutely nothing. Only if you have lost your UCard will you be charged to replace it. Please note that students admitted for Fall 2008 have already been provided a smart UCard. Smart UCards have a blue and white HID logo on the back side top left corner of the ID.

Ambassador Program
The Undergraduate program is currently seeking freshman and transfer students to represent the school as an undergraduate ambassador. Join this competitive, leader driven group of student for the 2008-2009 school year. Applications and additional information is available and should be submitted to the Undergraduate Program office in Hanson Hall 2-190. Information sessions are scheduled for Friday, September 5 at 10:00 a.m. and Friday September 12 at 2:00 p.m. in Hanson Hall 1-122.
Compete in the Nationwide Fisher Biz Quiz Challenge Represent the Carlson School and compete among top business schools at The Ohio State University of the 3rd annual Biz Quiz Challenge. This unique opportunity provides students with an eight week subscription to the Wall Street Journal that students are "quizzed" on at the competition. The competition is televised in Ohio and contestants are eligible to win numerous prizes and scholarships. Carlson School Lockers are Available

Apply for Your Degree If you are completing your degree this Fall you must apply to graduate by Tuesday, September 16. The online undergraduate degree application is available on the OneStop web site under the Degree Planning link. Fall graduates will be invited to participate in the May 2009 Commencement Ceremony.
Attention Carlson School Seniors
Compete in the 2008 Carlson Senior Case competition on Friday, September 26 for the chance to represent the Carlson School at one of numerous international case competitions. Locations include Texas, Arizona, and California. Travel expenses paid for by the Undergraduate Program office. Seeking SMART Learning Commons Tutors Hours: Flexible schedules, but most consultants work an average of 7 to 12 hours per week.
