Students will receive 14-16 S/N Carlson School International Business (IBUS 5100) credits for their semester at HEC. Students will need to maintain a full-time enrollment (27 - 30 ECTS credits) at HEC. Contact your adviser or International Programs for a list of courses that have been evaluated to meet Carlson School requirements.

The Undergraduate exchange to HEC is currently under development. Students interested in applying to HEC should schedule a meeting with Kirsten Alexejun in the International Programs office or Kathy Evenson-McDermott in the Undergraduate Program office to discuss specific requirements.

Housing »

HEC will assist students with finding accommodations on campus if preferred. The HEC campus has 10 student halls with a total of 813 furnished rooms available for students and international students are given priority. However, housing can be limited and students should strictly adhere to all applications deadlines. Students wishing to live off-campus or in Paris may also arrange housing on their own.

Application & Admission »

Application materials include the online application form, a resume, and essay. Submit a completed application by the February 28th Priority Deadline prior to the academic year in which you wish to participate. Programs that do not fill following the priority deadline will be reviewed on a rolling-admissions basis.

Admission to all programs is based on review of your application by the study abroad selection committee. Applications will be reviewed following the deadline and you will be notified of your status by official letter in April. Once selected, you will be asked to pay a $500 deposit in order to confirm your place in the program.
