Networking breaks provide an opportunity for students to meet and connect with fellow classmates, faculty, and staff. These events include snacks and beverages and are offered during regular class breaks. All networking break events will be held in the Carlson School Atrium. Weeknight events will be held from 7:00 - 7:30 p.m. and the Saturday event will be from 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

New Assistant Director, Executive Coach!
The Graduate Business Career Center (GBCC) welcomes Claudia Melo as its new Assistant Director, Executive Coach. Claudia will provide individualized coaching to MBA students and will collaborate with the GBCC team to develop and implement programs that meet the career service needs of MBA students.
Most recently, Claudia has been a Senior Career Counselor and Advisor at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York. She has considerable experience in career planning and job search strategy. She also served as a staff attorney for the Youth Advocacy Center of Covenant House in New Jersey and was an associate at the Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. law firm in Boston.
Claudia is a graduate of the Northeastern University School of Law, receiving her Juris Doctorate in 2000. She received her undergraduate degree from Brown University in 1995. She is a member of the Twin Cities Chapter of the National Society of Hispanic MBA's and has served on several committees of the National Association for Law Placement.

To help support community and social opportunities, the MBA programs office has arranged an agreement with Corner Bar to provide students with a voucher to purchase food or non-alcoholic beverages.
