Shared Leadership Across Internal & External Boundaries in Schools

Professors Viviane Robinson and Karen Seashore

Professor Karen Seashore will present recent findings from a national study of educational leadership that will address the relationship or shared internal and external leadership and organizational performance in the U.S. Professor Viviane Robinson will discuss what is known about shared internal leadership based on a meta analysis of existing research.
