Friday - Case Release & Case Preparation
9:00 - 11:30 a.m.

Staggered case release
Teams pick up casses in Hanson Hall 1-103, 24-hours prior to team presentation.
11:45 a.m.

Lunch in Hanson Hall 1-103


12:45 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

All day case preparation.
Black out period - teams can only discuss the case within their team members. No contact with any persons outside the team.

Breakout rooms in Hanson Hall will be availble until midnight.

Printing available in the Hanson Learning Lab L-102. Student ambassadors will be available to assist with printing.

5:00 p.m.

Dinner provided - see your student ambassador for details.


Saturday - Competition Day & Awards Dinner

7:30 a.m. - 3 p.m.


8:45 a.m.

9:00 a.m.

Introduction and Competition Overview - All teams and academic advisors - Hanson 1-108

Morning Round - Two flights of five teams each. Judging rooms - Hanson 1-103 and 1-107
Attendance in morning rounds restricted to only the academic advisor for the team that is presenting. Academic advisors may not provide coaching or feedback to teams until competition concludes with the Saturday awards dinner.

Group/Team Photos - Photos of each team with academic advisor immediately following presentation.

Noon - 1:00 p.m.

Lunch for all teams, academic advisors, student ambassadors, Hanson 1-108.
Top four teams announced. Presentation times determined by random draw.
1:00 p.m.. - 4:00 p.m.

Championship Round in Hanson 1-104. All teams and academic advisors not in the Championship Round are free to attend. 15 minute presentation, 15 minute Q&A. Clear the room for 10 minute judges’ debrief. Presentation times scheduled for 1 pm, 1:40 pm, 2:20 pm, and 3 pm. Presentations conclude at 3:40 pm.
