Recruiters are encouraged to post HR openings for both internship and full-time positions on The Edge, the Carlson School's powerful web-based job search tool for students, alumni and employers.
There is a specific section of The Edge devoted to external postings that do not require on-campus interviews. There is no charge for making a posting, but new users must complete a brief registration form in order to gain access to the system. All University of Minnesota HRIR students have access to The Edge and check it regularly, so this is a great way to publicize your opening(s) and gain access to excellent candidates.
