The Alumni Association Board facilitates a Mentoring Program to promote personal and professional development of current students and alumni through mentoring. The program boosts the HRIR graduate student experience with real-world exposure to the HR field through the professional coaching of CHRLS alumni and other HR professionals.

Join the CHRLS Alumni Association for an outstanding professional development conference, "HR Tomorrow: Achieving Excellence through Innovative HR." Through a series of dynamic and interactive sessions, the conference will equip HR professionals with the knowledge and resources needed to achieve positive HR results through innovation.
The CHRLS Alumni Association Board is interested in the ongoing professional growth of alumni, current students and other HR professionals through continuing education events. Each year we offer a series of workshops that are free and open to the public.
The Center for Human Resources and Labor Studies presents their annual Seminar Series. All seminars will be located in the Carlson School and are free and open to the public.
Founded in 1945, the Carlson School's Center for Human Resources and Labor Studies is an international leader in education and research. The Center is home to a multidisciplinary research faculty, the internationally-recognized Master's program in human resources and industrial relations, a doctoral program in work and organizations, labor outreach programs, and an active alumni association.
